       Body,         Doctors & Ins company's agree.  People need to keep there body's  clean & fit.Exercise  30 to 60 minutes per day.Walking helps your heart & circulation. Stretching helps joints & bones,to stay movable.Strength training for muscles.Working in a garden.Dressing comfortably,right down to our shoes,good foot wear helps with body stretchier.Eating well, omitting liquor,drugs.Sleeping regally. What goes in & around a person is the person!                                                                                                          Mind,         To keep our minds alert & strong, people can read, knit,paint,play music & dance.Programs like Yugo will straighten a persons mind.                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Spirit,         Is going with-in one self.There soul there being there purpose & meaning ones feeling.How one see this world & space around them. Pray & meditation are some was to reach our spirit. It is very importune to oneself to really know oneself to sit quite & lessen.                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Social,       Is very important, to live a long & healthy life.People need people. We need belonging. This can be found in family's,touch from person to person & throw all kinds of animals & plaints. People can go to churches, community services join in! & or voluntary. Some people can work to a ripe old age.
