Body,Mind,Sprit,Social

       Body,         Doctors & Ins company's agree.  People need to keep there body's  clean & fit.Exercise  30 to 60 minutes per day.Walking helps your heart & circulation. Stretching helps joints & bones,to stay movable.Strength training for muscles.Working in a garden.Dressing comfortably,right down to our shoes,good foot wear helps with body stretchier.Eating well, omitting liquor,drugs.Sleeping regally. What goes in & around a person is the person!                                                                                                          Mind,         To keep our minds alert & strong, people can read, knit,paint,play music & dance.Programs like Yugo will straighten a persons mind.                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Spirit,         Is going with-in one self.There soul there being there purpose & meaning ones feeling.How one see this world & space around them. Pray & meditation are some was to reach our spirit. It is very importune to oneself to really know oneself to sit quite & lessen.                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Social,       Is very important, to live a long & healthy life.People need people. We need belonging. This can be found in family's,touch from person to person & throw all kinds of animals & plaints. People can go to churches, community services join in! & or voluntary. Some people can work to a ripe old age.

nutrition

              My goals are based on 1600 calories a day.              5oz-grain;2cup-veg's;1 1/2-fruit;3cups-milk;5oz-meat                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Here are some of my changes in my diet.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Grains; whole wheat breads-brown rice-pasta-oatmeal-whole grain cereals.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Vegetables; I will add veg in my pasta-salid-muffins. Eat more stir-fry&soap,also                                                                                                                dark greens, and keep a cup of raw veg's handy.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Fruit; Will be add to my cereal, salids. I will leave a bowl of dried nuts & fruits on my table not candy.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              Dairy; Milk with my meals,yogurt & low fat cheese to top off meats,veg's,& casseroles.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Meat&Beans; Veg's in meatloaf, Trim all meats & poultry before cooking. Dry beans can be a main dish.                                                                           I will stay a way from frying my meats & poulty, & add more fish to my weekly planning.

This is so true, One of my jobs in nursing is to see to it, all patients eat or are feed.
Not only patients are at risk the RN's and staff. I say this because we don;t sit and eat are meals, if we ever get a meal time. This is a really problem in this field.
